1. Shipping PolicyShips Time
Orders received will be processed and delivered to your door step within 1 – 3 working days via Poslaju .
Myss Closet is currently ships within Malaysia & as far as Singapore . We hope to deliver to more countries in the future.
If your order totals more than RM180, you’ll receive free shipping in Malaysia. The cost for expedited shipping is calculated and displayed on the Checkout page before you complete your order.
In the event that the package is returned to Myss Closet due to the customer’s error in mailing address submitted (incorrect / insufficient address), or expired of the date of self-collect at POSLAJU branch, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred for re- delivery.
In case of your order is including both ready stock and preorder items, we will only ship your order when all the stock is ready. Preorder items take around 2 weeks to arrive upon payment is verified.
2. No Refund / ExchangeAll sales are final. So consider carefully before purchasing. We do not offer refunds or exchange if Customer simply change their mind.

3. Defect & Return PolicyCustomer must make any claims of defects by email us email@example.com with attachment clear pictures to show within the first 3 days after the receipt of ordered items. Once we’ve confirmed the defect and approved your return request, please ship the product(s) back to us and we’ll deliver you the replacement product(s) within 10 - 15 working days.
